As most NRI's inherit property, which is either in dispute or unlawful / illegal possession, our experience tells they are given the run around by the locals costing thousands of rupees and wasted valuable time

As we understand both cultures, we remove this burden from our clients. In India, we can truly say "expect the unexpected" when all goes too well.

Our consultancy fee for this service is £ 150.00 GBP per hour. However if we are unable to take on your case we will refund this fee less our admin charge of £30.00 GBP

If way take on your case our fee will be Minimum 1.5% depending on property type, size, location, market conditions and contract agreed. The initial £150.00 GBP consultancy will be deducted from this fee.
